Green and blue vase (half shape) on red glaze - hydrangea pattern

A regular and symmetrical pattern, a game of pyramids and stars, mountains and valleys... an origami game.

This vase was turned then stamped by hand, each design requires 8 applications of 5 different tools. Fold, unfold, adjust, repeat. The inspiration for this vase comes from a workshop practice of cutting the demo vase in half to inspect the thickness of the walls.

Materials :
Enamels, earthenware.

Maintenance method :
Clean by hand with clear water or with a small amount of soap. Can be occasionally put in the dishwasher. Use a soft brush to clean the patterns if necessary.
